This is a salvaged sign from the Peace House that says that one is required to refuse immoral orders. We are not Nazis who unthinkingly follow orders. If there is one thing that we have learned from fascism, it is that men must listen to their conscience and not blindly obey their commanders. That is why this sign says that someone who evicts his fellow Jews is not worth anything, not to insult or foster hatred, but rather to say that a person who sublimates his moral values to those of the "Almighty state", without thinking on his own, has given up an important part of his humanity. It is a cry for the soldiers and police to think twice before committing a crime against those they are sworn to protect.
